"Ne nuk kemi kerkuar falje nga cilado Gjykate Shqiptare, qofte edhe per rastin drejtuar Presidentit te Shqiperise Nishani, per aq kohe sa ato dhunojne lirite dhe te drejtat e njeriut me vendimet skandaloze qe ndermarin, qofshin ato edhe ne mungese te pales tone gjate proceseve gjyqesore politike. Ne presim gjykimin ne Strazburg per te na dhene te drejten qe na takon". theksoi Beleri

Ka qene kjo nje deklarate e perbashket, ne te cilen Fredi Beleri, nje prej tyre, ka deklaruar per Drejtorin Ekzekutiv te Komunitetit Himariot, Stavri Marko

Nderkaq, Komuniteti Himariot, ka kerkuar vazhdimisht gjykimin e 5 himarioteve te jete nje proces trasparent, duke e pare ne kendveshtrimin e lirive dhe te drejtave themelore te njeriut. Komuniteti e ka cilesuar si skandaloz vendimin e te tria shkalleve te Gjykatave Shqiptare, duke sinkronizuar deklaratat  e saj ne Strazburg Parlamentin Europian dhe ne Departamentin Amerikan ne Washington. Edhe gjate mandateve te presidenteve Mosiu dhe Topi, Komuniteti Himariot i ka bere apel presidenteve te rishikojne vendimin ndaj tyre.

Lidhur me nje deklarate te shperndare per median shqiptare, per "Falje" zyrtare nga ana e Presidentit Bujar Nishani, me rastin e 100 vjetorit te Shpalljes se Pavaresise, pergenjeshtrojme komentet dashakeqese te disa mediave si ne rastin e "Gazeta Shqip" e cila konsideron Gjykimin e bere ndaj 5 qytetareve nga Himara, per thyerje te simboleve kombetare, si nje precedent dizinformimi ne sherbim te nacionalizmit shqiptar dhe jo si nje xhest qe kerkon rivleresim te gjykimeve ne baze te nje realiteti tjeter te nje Shqiperie qe aspiron per ne Bashkimin Europian.

Ne jemi te shqetesuar qe kjo media, ne vend qe te rise pergjegjesine e koncepteve te lirive dhe te drejtave humane, po rrit ndjeshem nacionalizmin dhe kur behet pikerisht fjale per keq interpretime.

Nga ky kendveshtrim, ne kemi kerkuar nga pikepamja humane, qe te 5 himariotet ti bashkohen familjeve te tyre dhe jo ti gjykojme, ne se gjykatat shqiptare, kane apo jo te drejte ne kete rast, pasi ceshtja po pritet per shqyrtim ne Strazburg.

Ne e konsiderojme njekohesht si e drejte universale qe rigjykimi i ceshtjeve te gjykatave shqiptare nga Strazburgu, te jete vendimi me i mire, perderisa te gjitha prioceset qe shteti shqiptar i ka gjykuar ne Strazburg, i ka humbur totalisht.

 The Himara Community, calls the Albanian President Bujar Nishani, in which, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of independence of Albania, to "to release", 5 citizens from Himara with Greek Ethnicity, who have been convicted by the Albanian courts, for "insulting of Albanian symbols ", during the administrative elections of 2003 in Himara Municipality.

Te nderuar bashkepatriote.

Komuniteti  Himariot dhe  Shoqata “Bregdeti”  te cilet ne perberje, kane anetare dhe simpantizante nga krahinat e Himares dhe Lukoves, veprojne ne perputhje te statuteve  reciprokisht, por ne baze, ata I bashkon lirite dhe te drejtat humane, sic eshte prona.  

Me kete rast, duam tju veme ne dijeni, se nje grup nismetaresh , te pa autorizuar prej asnje forumi,  po bejne perpjekje per te thirrur nje mbledhje, ne emer te dy shoqatave.

As Komuniteti  Himariot dhe as Shoqata Bregdeti, nuk jane ne kundershtim te inisiativave per gjetjen e rrugeve te bashkimit te faktoreve dhe rishikimin e qendrimeve ne te ardhmen, por  theksojme se cdo inisiative dhe project, duhet te behet I ditur ne forumet perkatese, ne baze te statutit.

Ne mendojme se Grupimi I Shoqerise Civile Himariote, duhet njekohesisht te bashkohet me Shoqaten “Omonia” si dhe Komunitetet Himariote ne Greqi dhe USA nje nje forum te vetem, te cila kuresesi nuk mund te perjashtohen  nga ky process, pasi pergjate 10 vjetet e fundit, “Omonia dhe organizatat himariote jashte Shqiperise, kane demostruar vullnet te perbashket, duke protestuar se bashku me ne (Komuniteti Himariot dhe Shoqata Bregdeti) per te drejtast dhe lirite Universale te njeriut,  ku ne epiqender ka qene, Prona.

The Himara Community, calls as false speech, of the Albanian Presidenit, Bujar Nishani, held in ONU


"Human rights and freedoms, starting from the identity, religion, family and property"

 
The Himara Community, is deeply disappointed by the false statements of the Presdent of Albania, Bujar Nishani, for his declaration: "Albania, is a champion of human rights and freedoms", held at the session of United Nations organizations in New York.

 
The reason why Albania is not a champion of these rights, in reality, is obvious: Albania, has not conducted a fair and transparent to its Population Census process, for self declaration of religion and nationality of its own citizens.  

The Census of 2011, was conducted under a nationalist pressure against the Greek National Minority, and the second, has not managed to return of properties of the Greek Community living in all areas in the south of Albania (in Northern Epirus), especially in the Himara Region.

In Albania, have killed about 8500 people, only for the issue of the property rights, since 1991.

"The scandal of Concessions" with the  beaches of  the Himara Region

Albanian press charges, greater corruption of the government of Albania, after the scandal with the WorldBank in 2007, in which Jala village, was destroyed entirely.

In a letter to the OSCE, the diplomatic corps and the civil society, Bolanos explained that "He has not received a response from the Himara Municipality for the registration process, although advisers" Omonia "are present in all voting in the Council."


The Himara Community and the Costal Association, consider approving of the concession of the beaches of Himara, a "new Occupation" that aims massive looting of land, through tourism development policies of Tirana.

Berisha gives Dhermi beaches concession, partners connected with his family
