 Komuniteti Himariot, pershendet inisiativen e mare nga Himarioton Society ne Meriland te USA, per te organizuar nje Konvente Pan Himariote, ne datat 19 - 23 shkurt 2016, sipas nje publikimi ne rrjetin Facebook.

Por megjithate, Komuniteti Himariot i Shqiperise, nuk ka ende asnje informacion zyrtar, si dhe programin analitik te ketij eventi. Ne mendojme se pjesemarja jone, duhej te ishte konsultuar kohe me pare, ne baze te Memorandumit qe ka me simotren Himarioton Society ne USA, dhe si e tille, vendimi per pjesemarje i yne, qendron ende i paqarte.

Komuniteti Himariot i Shqiperise, pasi te mare zyrtarisht projektin e Konventes, do te shprehet ne lidhje me objektivat qe do te arrihen, pasi te jete keshilluar, brenda politikave te strategjise, qe ai perfaqeson.

Nderkaq, Komuniteti Himariot, njofton se, do te mbledhe Kryesine per te diskutuar  disa ceshtjesh te rendesishme, vecanerisht pas kthimit nga Presidenti i Republikes, Ligji per Pronen.

KUSH E KA PROPOZUAR DHE VENDOSUR STEMEN E BASHKISE HIMARE?

K. Jorgji, eshte personi qe ka paraqitur Kryesise se Komunitetit Himariot, qe te ndryshohen Emblemat dhe Stemat e Bashkise Himare dhe Shoqates, por ky propozim u hodh poshte nga te gjithe.

Te pakten 9 anetare te Komunitetit Himariot dhe Shoqates Bregdeti, pjesemares ne nje takim ne Hotel "Sherraton" ne Tetor 2010, e dine shume mire se Propozimi i bere nga K. Jorgji, ish anetar i Kryeise se Komunitetit Himariot, (nuk ben pjese, por i vetedeklaruar dhe ikur prej kesaj Shoqate) sot ka pushtuar mediat ne Shqiperi, pasi Bashkia Himare, ka vendosur zyrtarisht ta mbaje kete propozim, i cili zhduk historine dhe trashegimine e popullit Himariot.

Kjo nuk eshte hera e pare, qe ky person ngaterron karrieren e tij me ceshtjet qe perfaqesojne perpjekjet e Himarioteve, per te rikthyer vemendjen ne ceshtjet me delikate. Z. Jorgji, u deklaroi pjesemaresve ne takim se "duhet te ndryshojme simbolet e Himares pasi nuk marim dot fonde, dhe na etiketojne si perfaqesues te Vorio Epirit". Per kete arsyje, ai ka ushtruar trysni ndaj Komunitetit Himariot te ndryshonte simbolin zyrtar te saj, e cila nuk u pranua.

Sot, eshte pergjegjesi e madhe qe Bashkia Himare, ka nje simbol qe po e tallin te gjitha mediat, te vjedhur diku te kopjuar, duke injohuar vlerat europiane kristiane te Himares se pavarur dhe mijera vjecare, ekzistence dhe dinjitet.

Komiteti Himarjot dhe Shoqata Bregdeti. Lidhur me ngjarjen tronditese ,keto ditet e fundit ne fshatin e Dhermiut qe rezulton me shkaterrimin e plote te Kishes " Shen Athanasit " prej Inspektoriatit Shteteror te ndertimeve INUK dhe Bashkise Himare , Komuniteti yne Orthodoks ,eshte thellesisht i shqetesuar dhe i pataksur. Kryerja e nje veprimi te tille , sipas nesh , eshte nje shkelje e rende dhe flagrante e te drejtave Universale te njeriut , qe bie ne kundershtim te hapur me normat nderkombetare si dhe Kushtetuten e Republikes se Shqiperise dhe Ligjeve te tjere ne zbatim te saj .

Argumentet e shprehura nga Institucionet Shteterore per te "ligjeruar " veprimin e shemtuar ne shembjen e kishes se mesiperme , jane te pambeshtetura ne fakte reale si dhe bazen ligjore . Keshtu , pretendohet se : Kisha ne fjale , eshte ndertuar pa lejen e organeve kompetente Shteterore , se ajo eshte ndertuar mbi nje kishe te meparshme , se eshte dhunuar vendvarrimi i " hapesit te shkolles Shqipe " , ne fshatin e Dhermiut , te te ndjerit Nilo Katalanoja , duke i cfarosur eshtrat e tij ", se kisha i ngjante nje objekti te papershtatshem etj. dhe per rrjedhoje ne vend te saj , shteti do te ndertoje nje kishe te re me prestigj .

Keto argumente jane te pa mbeshtetura ne te dhena reale , dhe qe vijne ne kundersh
tim me realitetin dhe me historin . Ndertimi i Kishes se " Shen Athanasit " , eshte berre ne kohen kur ne vendin tone , rindertoheshin e restauroheshin te gjithe objektet fetare te shkaterruara nga sistemi i meparshem , ne menyre qe besimtareve t'iu krijoheshin te gjitha mundesite per te realizuar realisht te drejten e tyre . Pra , ndertimi i saj , nuk eshte nje rast i shkeputur , i vecante qe duhej te kerkonte nje rregullim ligjor me vete . Por , nderkohe theksojme se , ndertimi i saj , si objekt kulti , nuk mund te njehsohet me objektet e tjera te ndertuara nga individet per nevojat e tyre , pasi ajo si objekt kulti , nuk i sherben nje individi , por nje grupi besimtaresh

Dhe , vec ketyre argumentave , edhe nese do te ishte nje objekt i ndertuar pa lejen e organeve kompetente Shteterore , Shteti ndertimet e kryera para disa viteve , i ka njehsuar si ndertime me leje . Akoma me teper , ne baze te ligjit Nr 10075 date 22.01.2009 , te shpallur me Dekretin Nr . 6033 date 22.01.2009 te Presidentit te Republikes se Shqiperise , eshte ratifikuar " Marreveshja ndermjet Keshillit te Minustrave te Republikes se Shqiperise dhe Kishes Ortodokse Autoqefale te Shqiperise per rregullimin e marredhenieve te ndersjella " , per rrjedhoje shembja e Kishes se " Shen Athanasit " , nga palet , duhej te zgjidhej mbi bazen e kesaj marreveshje ligjore .

Vec sa siper , e ndjejme te nevojshme te theksojme se , Bregdetasit ne teresi dhe Himarjotet ne vecanti , cfaredo lloj situate qofte : e veshtire , komplekse , apo qe mund te sillte pasoja te renda per ta , deri ne humbjen e jetes se tyre , kane respektuar me korrektesi rregullat njerzore , zakonet e traditat e bukura te atij trualli te bekuar nga Zoti , duke respektuar miqte , dashamiresit apo cilindo person qofte qe , kerkonte ndihme per mbi jetese .... Keshtu ka ndodhur dhe me trajtimin e te ndjerit Nilo Katalanoja . Ne vitin 1694 , misionari Nilo Katalanoja pasi rihapi shkollat ne Dhermi dhe Himare , ( nje vit me pare ) , vdiq ne Portò Palermo ( Qeparo ) ne momentin qe po shkonte per t'u mjekuar ne Korfuz . Trupi i tij u varros me nderime ne fshatin e Dhermiut .

Keshtu shkruajn studiuesi dhe botuesi Nilo Borgia ne vepren e tij " I Monaci basiliani d'Italia in Albania " ne vitin 1935 fq. 58 . Nje popull besimtar me tradita te tilla njerzore , si Komuniteti i ketyre aneve , nuk mund te percmohet ne nje mentre te tille , aspak njerzit . Kesaj popullate , ne cdo kohe nuk i ka munguar kultura , edukata , dija , mirekuptimi , miresjellja ne zgjidhjen e cfaredo problemi qofte , sado i veshtire te paraqitej ai . Prandaj , Komuniteti i ketij trualli , jo vetem qe eshte teper i tronditur nga shembja e Kishes se " Shen Athanasit " , por edhe i fyer pasi nuk ju dha mundesia e mirekuptimit midis paleve si dhe zakoneve e traditave .

. Ndertimi i Kishes se Re , nuk mund te zevendesoj kishen e meparshme te " Shen Athanasit " , mbasi vec kesaj te fundit nuk ka patur me pare kishe tjeter , per me teper katolike sic pretendohet
Ndertimi i nje Kishe te Re , sic komentohet , kurrsesi nuk mund te justifikoje shuarjen e kesaj fyerje publike . Nje pranim dhe nje falje publike , nga ana e organeve qe shemben Kishen " Shen Athanasi " , do te qetesonte shpirtrat e ketij Komuniteti .

"STOP", the registration of property titles for electoral effects, in the Region of Himara, without solving the Constitution the right to inherit property.

Albanian Government, in collaboration with the Municipality of Himara, Vlora District and the Office of IPRO in Vlora, has started registration of property in the area of Dhermi.

Since we want to emphasize that this attempt will fail. Residents of Himara, will not join to register their properties inherited from fathers and grandfathers, on behalf of the oligarchy and the Albanian Mafia, connected with the structures of the Albanian state.

This project, conflicts, the OSCE  - EU Project of 2011, for the registration of property titles, in the coastal area, Llogara - Xare 1.5 million euros fund.

One of the funders of this projec, is Greece, which has a direct interest in the progress of the process of registration of property titles, because in this area live around 80% ethnic Greek.

The project of the Albanian Government aims:

1. legalize lands distributed by Law 7501 as in 1992 and 2013.

2. legalize titles to the oligarchs and the Albanian Mafia.

3. To colonize Himara, and to break the ethnic balance between Greeks and Albanians, which can not be tolerated by the UN, OSCE and EU.

4. To register land looted, of the community and the Orthodox Church, on behalf of the Mafia and the oligarchy.

5. In this project are included personalities of the Albanian state that have a direct interest to build tourist villages,, the most powerful oligarchs of Albania, who have under control the media, politicians of all parties, prosecutors and judges who want to teach looted property Himara Region.

6. The project has a powerful effect electoral votes legislated for purchased of voters who have illegally taken land that did not belong to their families, and are selling on the black market.

"STOP", regjistrimit te titujve te pronesise per efekte elektorale, ne Rajonin e Himares, pa u zgjidhur me Kushtetute e drejta e prones se trasheguar.

 



Qeveria shqiptare, ne bashkepunim me Bashkine e Himares, Qarkun e Vlores si dhe me Zyren e ZRPP ne Vlore, ka filluar regjistrimin e pronave ne zonen kadatsrale Dhermi.

Qe ne villim duam te nenvizojme se kjo perpjekje do te deshtoje. Banoret e Himares, nuk do te bashkoheshin te regjistronin pronat e tyre te trasheguara nga baballaret dhe gjysherit, per llogari te Oligarkeve dhe Mafias Shqiptare, te lidhur me strukturat e larta te Shtetit Sqhiptar.

Ky projekt, bie ndesh me Projektin e OSBE - BE, per regjistrimin e titujve te pronesise ne zonen bregdetare Llogara - Xare me fondin 1,5 milion euro.

Nje prej financuesve te ketij projekti eshte Greqia, e cila ka interesa te drejteperdrehta per mbarevajtjen e procesit te regjistrimit te titujve te pronesise, pasi ne kete zone jetojne rreth 80% greke etnike.

Projekti i Qeverise Shqiptare, ka per synim:

1. Te legjitimoje tokat e shperndare me Ligjin 7501 si ne vitin 1992 dhe ne 2013.

2. Te "Ligjeroje" tituj pronesie per Oligarket dhe Mafian Shqiptare.

3. Te kolonizoje Himaren dhe te prishe balancat etnike mes grekeve dhe shqiptareve, gje qe nuk mund te tolerohet nga OKB, OSBE dhe BE. 

4. Te regjistroje toka te grabitura kullota dhe Livadhe te komunitetit dhe te Kishes Orthodokse, per llogari te mafias dhe oligarkise.

5. Ne kete projekt jane te perfshire personalitete te larta te shtetit shqiptar qe kane interesa te drejtepredrejta per te ndertuar fshatra turistike, , oligarket me te fuqishem te shqiperise, qe kane nenkontroll median, politikane te te gjitha paleve, prokurore dhe gjykates qe duan te ligjerojne prona te rabitura te Rajonit te Himares.

6. Projekti ka efekt te fuqshem elektoral, per te ligjeruar vota te blera prej votuesve te cilet kane mare padrejtesisht toka qe nuk i perkasin familjeve te tyre, dhe po i shesin ne tregun e zi.

Komuniteti Himariot i Shqiperise, shpalli "Person i vitit 2014, Father Kosma Karavella, President i Shoqerise Himara ne SHBA.
Father Karavellas, per gjate vitit 2014, bashke me anetaret e tjere te Shoqerise Himara, ka qene mjaft aktive, ne politikat e Departamentit Amerikan, ne Kongres dhe ne Senat, per te mborjtur te drejtat dhe lirite e popullit te Himares..
Viti 2014, ka shenuar nej seri veprimesh te koordinuara nga Himara Society ne bashkepunim me Himara Community ne GGreqi dhe Shqiperi, per te nderkombetarizuar shkeljen e te drejtave humane ne Rajonin e Himares, prej autoriteteve shteterore shqiptare.
Eshte per vleresuar fakti qe,per here te pare, nje grup kongresmenesh nga USA, vizituan shqiperine, mbeshtetur nga perpjekjet e medha te Father Kosmas dhe anetareve te tjere te Himara Society ne USA, gjate tetorit te 2014.
Pavaresisht te gjitha arritjeve, viti 2015, per gjithe diasporen e Himares, do te jete me i konsoliduar per te luftuar per te drejtat dhe lirite e Rajonit te Himares vecanerisht ne ceshtjen e pronesise, administrimit lokal dhe identitetit etniko kulturor, per te cilen shteti shqiptar, ka shkelur disa here, Kushtetuten e vendit ndaj ppopullit te Himares.

Η Χιμάρα Κοινότητα της Αλβανίας, δήλωσε ή το «Πρόσωπο της Χρονιάς 2014" Πατέρα Κοσμάς Καραβέλλας, Ο Πρόεδρος της Χειμάρρα Κοινότητα στην Ουάσιγκτον, ΗΠΑ.
Πατέρας Καραβέλλας, για τη διάρκεια του 2014, μαζί με άλλα μέλη της κοινωνίας της Χιμάρας, υπήρξε πολύ δραστήρια στην πολιτική σκηνή των ΗΠΑ στο Στέιτ Ντιπάρτμεντ, το Κογκρέσο και τη Γερουσία, για την προστασία των δικαιωμάτων και ελευθεριών του λαού της Χιμάρας.
Το έτος 2014 σηματοδότησε μια σειρά από συντονισμένες ενέργειες από Χιμάρα Κοινότητα ΗΠΑ σε συνεργασία με την Χιμάρα Κοινότητα στην Ελλάδα και την Αλβανία, για την διεθνοποιημένη παραβιάσεις των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων στην περιοχή της Χιμάρας, από τις αλβανικές αρχές.
Είναι να εκτιμηθεί το γεγονός ότι, για πρώτη φορά, μια ομάδα του Κογκρέσου των ΗΠΑ, επισκέφθηκε την Αλβανία, που υποστηρίζεται από μεγάλες προσπάθειες του Πατέρα Κοσμά και σε άλλα κράτη της Χειμάρρας Κοινωνία των ΗΠΑ, τον Οκτώβριο του 2014.
Παρ 'όλα τα επιτεύγματα, το 2015, για το σύνολο της Διασποράς της Χειμάρρας, θα είναι πιο ενοποιημένα να αγωνιζόμαστε για τα δικαιώματα και τις ελευθερίες της Χιμάρας Περιφέρειας, ιδιαίτερα στο ζήτημα της ιδιοκτησίας, η τοπική διαχείριση και την πολιτιστική ή εθνική ταυτότητα, για την οποία tο αλβανικό κράτος, παραβιάσει πολλές φορές, το Σύνταγμα της χώρας προς το λαό της Χιμάρας.

Himara Community: Father Kosmas Karavellas person of the year

The Himara Community of Albania, declared as the "Person of the Year 2014" Father Kosmas Karavellas, The President of the Himara Society in Washington, USA.
Father Karavellas, during 2014, together with other members of the Society Himara, has been very active in US politics in State Department, Congress and the Senate, to protect the rights and freedoms of People of Himara.
The year 2014 marked a series of coordinated actions by Himara Society in collaboration with the Himara Community in Greece and Albania, to internationalized human rights violations in the Himara Region, by the Albanian authorities.
It is to assess the fact that, for the first time, a group of Congressmen from the USA, visited Albania, supported by great efforts of the Father Kosmas and other members of the Himara Society of USA, in October of 2014.
Despite all the achievements, the year 2015, for the entire Diaspora of Himara, will be more consolidated to fight for the rights and freedoms of Himara Region, especially in the matter of ownership, local management and cultural ethnic identity, for which the Albanian state, violated several times, the Constitution of the country to the people of Himara.

 But the Supreme State Audit SAI, claims those decisions as violation of the constitution, without registering property titles

 Recent relations between Albanian Government and The Himara Community in all diaspora, have aggravated after the socialist government of Tirana, with decisions being takes in the name of tourism development, has goals to break the nationalist ethnic and territorial balance, especially after the vote to the New Territorial division, from the Albanian Parliament.

 State Supreme Audit has found violations in 10 cases, but political intervention, makes "exception" to the Himara Region

Tirana. The Albanian government has approved building permit directly from Tirana, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Coastal Agency, excluding any constitutional right of the Administrative Authority of the Municipality of Himara.

In the list appear oligarchs, owner of the most powerful media in Albania, close to the expansionist policies of the Albania Government.

The government of Albania, has blocked by a special law, issuing licenses of building up in 2015, after the Municipal elections in Albania, but nevertheless, Tirana has decided to grant a long time, permission for tourist villages in the Himara Region, by favorizing the legal side oligarch clients themselves.

Meanwhile, the Supreme State of Audit has found violations in 10 cases, mainly with deficient documentation property after property titles in Himara Region, are not registered yet, but political intervention, makes "exception" to the Himara Region.
