The Operation on the coast, stopped by 5 months. Mister reasons

The process of registration of agricultural lands, pastures and forests in the Albanian coast has been suspended. Launched in autumn 2010, under the administration of a Spanish company, but with the supervision of the OSCE, he was stopped for almost 5 months without any real reason. Suspension has launched since July, when completed registration of housing and land, but not that of real estate that includes agricultural lands, pastures or forests.

"The official answer is given us by the OSCE on this issue has been that the OSCE is preparing a paper that will present the Albanian government," said the "Albanian", representatives of the association "coast". These same sources that specify precisely within this week a concrete presentation that seems related to the process in question will become a reality. Until the present moment has just finished recording real estate, house and land, to leave open yet instituting job titles of ownership of agricultural land.

At this point may be problems with the legal nature, are taken into consideration that the Albanian legislation with regard to agricultural land, has produced more overlap and traverse to the right of inheritance, or rather the return of property, particularly in the implementation
Law no. 7501. The latter, abruptly suspended further implementation of the current government last year, what assumes full privatization of agricultural land, upon which normally can not find the place on the norms of a law acting on state property. It remains unclear what is the situation created by this law in the coastal area, but according to figures released by various representatives of associations of former owners with the law, abuse reaches thousands of acres.
